Healthy Three Ingredient Oatmeal Cookies

Banana Oatmeal Protein Cookies are really easy and only require 3 ingredients! You can add different ingredients to the recipe for taste. I have done multiple variations of this recipe with different mix-ins. I added some mini dark chocolate chips, some cinnamon, and a little light Agave syrup. These cookies turn out soft, moist, and really tasty. This recipe is low fat, low carb, and sugar free.

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder (I used vanilla protein powder.)
    • (optional) pinch of cinnamon
    • (optional) tbsp PB2– peanut butter flavor
    • (optional) squirt Light Agave Syrup — as a sweetener
    • (optional) 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
    • (optional) macadamia nuts
  • Mash bananas and mix in oatmeal in medium size bowl.

  • Preheat oven to 350*.

  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Place on cooling rack, let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
