Stairmaster Sculpt Session

If you are going use any other machine besides the treadmill, the Stairmaster is the way to go. Even ten minutes on it will give me a good sweat.

The only thing about machines (besides that you are indoors in the air conditioning doing cardio) is that they can get a bit boring. The T.V.’s attached or my headphones sometimes help pass the time, but that time stamp is still glaring at my face with how many minutes I have left.

This routine can be mixed up and repeated; it is definitely a go-to after a decent lifting gym session.
