Here is a favorite. Brownies are addictive to say the least. This version of a brownie recipe is as healthy as it can get. It is probably paleo free and gluten free and over-analyzer-eater approved. They are easy to make and not 84% sugar like most brownies.
- 1/4 cup of stevia
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg or egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Heat almond butter in a microwave safe dish for 30 seconds or until easy to mix. Mix almond butter and stevia thoroughly. Add egg, vanilla, and almond milk. Mix protein powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Combine.
- Pour into a very well greased baking dish or cupcake pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until it sets.
